Sunset in Oklahoma

I recently completed my two week whirlwind adventure across the American countryside. My first stop was the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge in Oklahoma. This little known gem had wild bison wandering roadside and offered a beautiful sunset in the evening.

Had I had more time to explore the area, I would have loved to have seen the 40 foot hole area and I definitely would have explored some of the nature trails in the area. Maybe next time!
